When you enjoy traveling, hiking and taking road trips to just about anywhere together, it’s only natural that we decided to become mobile notaries on the go (as well as office notaries). As a married couple and business partners, Doug and I love working together, meeting new people, and helping them manage their lives’ most important documents.

When it comes to handling the legal responsibilities of being California public notaries, Doug and I want to bring the same level of communication, integrity, honesty and thoughtfulness to our work that we’ve shared in our marriage of over 14 years.
We believe that it’s an honor to be a witness to the signings of some of life’s most important legal documents—whether it’s for the purchase of a new home, a car, an estate plan or anything else. Our goal is to help people understand and feel good about the notarization process—and even educate them about the importance of handling documentation correctly.
Overall, we want to provide you with peace of mind that your documents were reviewed and notarized with care.

A little more about us… I’m Julie Tran-Olive and I’m a native of San Jose, CA. I earned a BA in Psychology from The University of Redlands in CA. And during my undergraduate studies, I interned at the Loma Linda Behavioral Medical Center as a Behavioral Health Specialist. I enjoy working with people, and of course, traveling with my best friend and life partner, Doug Olive. So becoming notaries together just made sense because it combines many of our favorite things.
