General Fees

Acknowledgements – $15 for each signature / per page
Oaths/Affirmations – $15
Jurats – $15
Deposition Services – all services rendered in connection with taking a deposition – $30
Deposition – administering the oath to the witness only – $7
Deposition – certificate to the deposition only – $7
Voting Materials – $0
Powers of Attorney – $15
Veterans’ Benefits – $0
Copies of Journal Entries – $.30 per page (restrictions apply)

Multiple Signature Discount

Two signers, same document – $25 ($5 discount) / per page
Three signers, same document – $35 ($10 discount)
More than Three signatures – $5 per additional signature

A Travel/Mobile Service fee will be added to the notarization fee as follows (only charged if mobile services is requested):

Mobile Service Fee – $10 (covers up to 10 miles round trip); $1 per miles applies to trips that exceed 10 miles based on our office location.

Airport Emergency Notarization: $75.00 travel + $15.00 per document per signature

Before 9:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m. – $25 after hours fee + $25.00 travel fee (Covers up to 10 miles) + $1 per mile beyond 10 miles + standard Notary Fee(s)

Weekend Fee – $25 – Waived if appointment is booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Local Jails – 2 hours allotted: $150.00 (must be prepaid prior to travel to the facility)

Excessive Waiting Times: $1.00 per minute after the first 15 minutes grace period

Miscellaneous services/ Other Fees:

Printing eDocs (per set) -$25.
Note: “eDocs ” stands for “Electronic Documents.” It DOES NOT MEAN eNotarization or electronic notarization. eDocs refers to a notary signing agent’s ability to receive loan assignments electronically via email or via digital download. 

Living Trust -$100 – covers one signer for one set of living trust documents, travel (up to 50 miles round trip), notarization, witnessing signatures.

Each additional signer – $25.

E-Doc’s additional $25.00

Driver Courier services: varies according to mileage (IRS standard mileage rate)

Printing: $.65 per page

Notary Signing Cancellation Fee: $50.00* (if 24-hour notice not given) – a cancellation fee is due and payable if a signer is physically unable to sign, or refuses to sign after notary arrives.

Return Check Fee – $35 (covers our bank’s ISF fee)

$25 Witness Fee – will accompany notary to appointment
